Product Manager Assistant
Zhejiang Xinlian Weilai Technology
Worked on the end-to-end, zero-to-one design of a digital office (OA) system serving 500+ employees, owning four core modules: recruitment, attendance, performance and expense claims.
- Requirements research and module designInterviewed HR, finance, IT and other teams to map workflows and pain points, then split the four modules into features, broke down requirements and set priorities. Wrote 20+ PRDs on my own, ran 10+ requirement reviews, planned and managed iteration schedules, and worked with engineering, design and sales through delivery and acceptance; every release shipped on time.
- Designing and shipping AI invoice recognitionLed the intelligent invoice-extraction solution for the expense module (see Projects), turning manual checks by the finance team into an automated process that can be reviewed and traced; overall field accuracy rose from 64.5% to 91.1%.
